applied online. got an interview 2 days after applying. had to wait when i got to the store as there was another interview taking place. i was very nervous but everyone was friendly. got asked such weird questions that no one on glassdoor was ever asked. interview was approx 10mins long

The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
