I had my interview with the manager and the assistant manager. They asked me concise, relevant questions and asked me go out onto the floor and note anything I noticed about the store. I had a very positive experience overall and I loved my job while I was employed there!

What would you do if you had an unhappy customer come up to you?
straightforward question, nothing too challenging, interviewers were very friendly and relaxed and listened really well. Interview lasted around 25 minutes and found out i got the job in less than a week

It is a casual discussion. They really want to know how you handle tough customers and how quickly you can pick up work. As well as flexibility with time. As they need people to be multiskilled. Working back and front of house.
