Entrevista
Picked up an application form in store. Filled it out and returned it a week later. Received a call regarding the interview around 2 weeks later. Attended a 1:1 interview and was asked several general questions i.e. why you wish to work here, as well as scenario questions.

Customer is looking for a certain product but you can't find it, what do you do?
Easy for me but hard for some I can imagine. Just had to chat and then go on shop floor. Nice woman interviewing me. I would recommend. Thanks Argos - you the best!
it was a long interview (1 hour) but relatively easy. however it did involve role play which was quite hard as i didn’t know how to work the system and most products i was being told to look for weren’t in stock.
