Easy. Sat on a poxy little chair in a room with another team member who said ‘well why do you want the job?’ And then asked me what hours I could do. And that was it. Easiest interview ever. But also the worst.
straightforward question, nothing too challenging, interviewers were very friendly and relaxed and listened really well. Interview lasted around 25 minutes and found out i got the job in less than a week

A casual chat with the manager. Mainly focussed on availability and proximity to the store. Gave brief background and was told about the role and what it entails. The interview will vary manager to manager so any prep will help

It is a casual discussion. They really want to know how you handle tough customers and how quickly you can pick up work. As well as flexibility with time. As they need people to be multiskilled. Working back and front of house.
