Over the phone interview - interviewer calls during working hours at 09.49am expecting you to take the interview immediately. Doesn't even give you a chance to to step out of your current office to take the call. Asked her to give me a few minutes so I can step out instead of whispering my answers to her non stop questions. Just says she will call back and sends me a rejection email day after when you tried to follow up for a reschedule. Absolutely ridiculous attitude. Its a good thing I didn't waste my time and continue this as the people you work with are extremely important for a good working environment. I'd rather not work with a snobby and unreasonable person like that even though my skills and experience were well suited for the role. Please reconsider before applying for this company. Worst first impression in my life.
