One day , I got a call from HR and that there is an opening in Gurgaon,would you be interested.I said yes.She sent me the interview confirmation mail just after 10mins of call and it is mentioned in mail-: "Interview Slot was 10AM" Next day i reached there at 10AM and waited for 1hr.After 1hr,HR gave the question paper having 10questions(which include basic istqb testing ,number series,puzzles). I have submitted the paper in 30mins.Then i waited for 4hrs for f2f.Interviewer started the discussion but HR missed my resume,suddenly interviewer got a call and he left.Then the shocking incident happened,another interviewer came and asked for resume. He asked basic questions. Whole process took 7 8 hrs. Then at the end of day HR was leaving and mentioned u can leave for the day. I saw my question paper with interviewer,no one checked that..they have simply done the formality. Being an product based company, i think they should respect the time of person and improve their hiring process. Pathetic..
