If one is strong in skills he or she can definitely understand the project. So judge on his/her skills not as per your filtered/specific project related requirement

There was an inital screening call, then, an online techincal interview
The interviewers want some .net expert but the company didn't really offer a pay according to the average salary.

Data structure question were tricky . CPP basic concept were asked .
A dynamic programming question, A 2D matrix was given with children as rows and toys as columns. The values at indexes are 0 or 1 as either a child can have this toy or not
