Entrevista
I met with a mix of sales leaders, sales folks and pre-sales. This included a deal review task. I really enjoyed all the conversations and the team were very interested in getting to know me as a person, my processes, structure and how I approach the role.

Entrevista
Screening call, hiring manager, product comparison project, take home QBR and review, then round of 1:1 interviews with managers and CEO and reference check.
They had the audacity to reach out to my references, and then tell me they filled with an internal hire. Then asked me if I wanted to work west coast hours with a daily 9PM ET stand-up.
I politely responded with increased salary, and they clarified if it was jsut for the West Coast role or the east coast role as well (hmm... Just thought you filled it lol??)
Waste of time.
