They emailed me politely to arrange the interview. Two people interviewed me. They talked very nicely to me, and that gave me a big relief. They asked me questions regarding what I have written on the resume. I honestly answered them with details and smile. A practical question that they asked me was "what would you do as a teacher, if you see a student playing around at the back of the classroom?" I answered, I would go up to him and say "You seem like having a lot of fun here. Do you mind sharing it with the rest of the class?" They laughed. And I think that is how I got this job.
