The process is a group interview, so the key is to try and make yourself stand out from the others. The questions are very basic and personality based, so show that you'll be a nice and fun person to work with.

You just talking with two student coordinator, and the process is super easy and relaxing. No need to be nervous. The post interview process might take awhile after you finished, but just be patient and you should be good to go.
