The HR will call you after you submist your resume via email and then there are interview. But the interview was not that good because the interviewer was outside and there were a lot of noise.

They Ghosted me afterwards, even when i had reached out to inquire on an update. Then i was approached by a job agency hired by Ark Captial saying i would be the ideal fit for the position. Did 2 rounds of interview then the Agency was also ghosted. I was transparenteven with the agency and informed then that their CFo already approached me from my linked in profile and we did a phone and video interview but was ghosted; still the agency wanted to promote my profile as an employee than a sub-contractor which was the first round was for.
