Relatively informal interview with a panel of 3 fishery managers. Whole process had sort of a feel that if they like you, that is more important the the questions being asked. Interview last approximately 15-20 minutes, the questions were somewhat complex for an entry level position .
If you were confronted by an upset fisherman questioning why you are stocking a lake with a certain fish species and not another how would you handle the situation?
