The interview was held online through an online assessment scheme, which was based on a cognitive test (quite difficult - 50 questions in 12 minutes- logical reasoning, mathematics, verbal, visuals). The interview questions were easy, or at least that how they seemed

Entrevista
Online interview conducted. With videos. I was presented with a set of videos, they ask me questions in the video, and then I have 1-10 mins to prepare my answers, then there is a camera to record my answers. Technical problem occurred during the interview, so I wasnt happy with it.

If I was assigned to Sweden or Malaysia, what challenges and what I find easy to cope with?
Online video interview and game based test. The video interview is timed and one question requires you to write a strategy for the future or arla foods. You get 10 mins to write it but you would need to have enough information to write the accurate information.
