The human resource representative I communicated with was professional, she did the initial phone interview and then later scheduled me for a face to face interview with the Call Center Manager and the Team Lead.
First interview was the manger and HR manager. I was not impressed with either or how they conducted themselves, both were very rough around the edges. Questions were asking about my previous experience, how I handle stress, and what motivates me. The HR manager asked if I would eat a cricket, yes actually asked me if I'd eat a cricket, which I found to be very odd. After this interview I knew I wouldn't take this job but they did call me for a 2nd interview so I figured its practice so what the heck. Maybe I'll see something different.
The 2nd interview the manager and the team lead were involved. The manager would ask me a question and the team lead would ask me the same question but in a different way. She would stare at me intently and not break away from staring me down. It was very uncomfortable for an interview and situation. Toward the end the team lead said " In these interviews I am looking for the wow factor and I am just not sold", completely unprofessional. I'm not on America's Got Talent! I am a professional so I let it go. If I am not for your team that is perfectly fine but as a professional you do not say it to the interviewing candidate. She had made a few other snide comments which again I let go because I am not stooping to this woman's level.
My thought if she can act this way in an interview I would hate to see how she is as my "leader". It was such an awful and unbelievable experience that I had to send an email to the HR department. I've never heard from them so I can only take that as they are ok with unprofessional tactics.
I would not recommend this company to the most desperate person looking for a job.
