HR initiated the interview process. There were 3 technical and 1 HR rounds in interview. All were over in 1 day which was good. Next day, HR confirmed that you are selected and I will comeback with offer soon. She asked for current compensation details. Until here, this was good but from here to Offer, process was slow and can be improved.
