Initially submitted a cover letter and CV through the ARM website. Next stage was an hour telephone interview with a senior member of staff. Next stage was a 2 hour face to face interview with 2 members of staff. The final stage is a 30 minute call from HR with details of the job offer etc. It was a very positive experience, both interviews were with very pleasant friendly members of staff. Would highly recommend applying. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
