I applied online through their website and after about 2 weeks I got an email that I had been short-listed for the position. My phone interview was scheduled one week later which lasted about an hour. Most of the questions were about a particular project I had done and specific questions on implementation. At the end of the interview I was informed that I would receive feedback in the next three weeks. However, I never got a feedback despite the fact that I sent follow-up emails to two different people of the HR asking about the status of my candidacy. Actually both of the HR persons never responded to my emails.

Initially round was an automated interview, asks about basics of Computer Architecture. Process is too long, Took a lot of time from application to first round and then result of the first round
