Attended 2nd round by travelling 17kms to ARM office getting after good feedback on 1st round. Literally HR ghosted without any update/feedback.
Feedback is what the least thing that a candidate expect from an HR.
Organization doesn't have a good work culture.
Respect your time and skip ARM if you get an opportunity to get intervied.
