I applied online and was passed to ARM by a recruitment agency. This was the initial interview preparatory to an F2F interview. The interviewer was very friendly and unintimidating, and the interview consisted entirely of technical content with just a few simple motivational questions. The style of the interview made me feel far more confident and I believe I was able to give a better account of myself than I might in front of a large group of people. There were no "What is your worst weakness?" or "Why are you leaving your present job?" - type questions.
