When interviewing at OpenText, you can expect a typical tech industry interview process, which may include the following stages: Application: You'll start by submitting your resume and application through the company's career portal. Initial Screening: If your application is shortlisted, you may have an initial phone screening with a recruiter or HR representative. They may ask about your background, experience, and motivation for applying to OpenText. Technical Interviews: Depending on the position you're applying for, you may have one or more technical interviews. These interviews will assess your technical skills and knowledge related to the role. You may be asked to solve coding challenges, answer technical questions, or discuss your past projects and experiences. Behavioral Interviews: You may also have behavioral interviews, where interviewers assess your soft skills, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit with the company.
