Overall, I had a very unpleasant process interviewing with this company as they were very unprofessional. The interviewer canceled the first interview at the last minute (literally), then for the second meeting, the interviewer was late 5 minutes late. This meeting went well, and we scheduled a design challenge for me to complete 2 days later. I spent about 8 hours on the challenge which was to enhance the current Dashboard Solution. The interviewer recorded my presentation to show to the rest of the company. In my opinion, the sentiment was positive and we mutually agreed that I had come up with some good solutions. That being said, I was shocked to get a very very robotic, and automated "rejection" email. The least they could have done was sent me an email from a real person, like everyone else...

Some VP and some other director from the company contacted me multiple times. Initially, I was not very enthusiastic as I know much of the AI and Message related technologies, but I went ahead with the interview. I had the interview with someone in HR and it went well. But after that initial interview there was no contact for few weeks. I sent an email again after a few days to check on status but no reply, no follow-up. Ghosted me completely.
