The process begins with online psychometric tests, if you preform well in this, then you are invited to an assessment centre where you take part in several activities, such as a question booklet to fill out and a group presentation, once you have completed these activities you will go to do your interview. After the assessment centre, the company will usually get back to you with their final decision within a few weeks.
