Even though it was for their team in Turkey, the interviewer was Italian and was easygoing. The interview consisted of back and forth technical questions related to APIs, version control etc.

Overall communication was clear and professional, although the process took longer than originally indicated. The first interview was smooth and friendly, with a relaxed atmosphere and genuine interest in getting to know each other. The case study was reasonably challenging and felt well aligned with the role. I received detailed feedback by email and was told I would move on to the technical interview. The technical interview also went well; I answered the questions, we had a good conversation, and the interviewer often reacted very positively. I always ask for feedback after interviews and was told I would receive it once they had completed their evaluation. However, I was later rejected without any feedback at all. This was disappointing, especially because I felt there was a strong culture and “vibe” fit and I was genuinely excited about the possibility of working there.
