At the time I joined the company interview processes were easier. I make one technical interview and then meet with the cofounders and have long casual conversation with them before getting the job. But right now there are 3 phases in the interviews after the HR interview you will have technical interview with at least 2 people one by one. They will give you short home project to see your coding skills if they like you. Then you will be invited to meet with the Cofounders and they will interview you before you get job offer.
