Stupid. No consideration of anyone's time but their own - shows a lot about a company, therefore I refuse to apply anymore. They wanted to set up a "phone screen" interview with me which would have consisted of blocking out a slot of time at ONLY 10:00 AM to 1, no flexibility. Sorry, people work and have responsibilities, and can't take time from work for simple phone screens.
