Five interview sessions. The entire process took 2 weeks from initial call to feedback.
1. 20 minutes with recruiter (phone)- initial chat via phone. Was relaxed, and I felt like it was a conversation to gage my interest in the company just as much as a prescreen about my skills/competencies.
2. 20 additional minutes via video with the recruiter to chat more about the role and gave me an opportunity to ask questions about the interview process upcoming. This was awesome and unique as it allowed me to prep and feel prepared.
Interviews were all virtual via Zoom and in one day but not back to back to back which was nice.
First was with a recruiting coordinator, second was with a technical recruiter on the team and third was the Chief People Officer. They were all 1:1 and 30 minutes each. All behavioral based and each interviewer was diverse from the other in terms of style, background, personality and role -- I liked this a lot as a candidate as it shows many positives about the company culture.
I could tell the interview team had prepped and was honest, fair, and each assessing something a little different but also all relevant to the role of technical recruiter.
