Before I even heard from a human being, I was asked to complete a CCAT assessment and a behavioral assessment. That's incredibly annoying and entitled. The CCAT is no trivial test, if you haven't taken standarised tests in quite a while, you will struggle. It takes study, practice, and several hours, and if you really struggle, a paid tutorial. The over-reliance on this damn tests was a turn off. Then the audacity of making this the first step in the process just turned me off completely. I don't mind completing this tests later in the process when interest has been properly established. But not as the first step. Especially without any human involved. Forget that. I assume that they are confident in their process and won't change it, but I wouldn't encourage anyone to spend several hours preparing for an exam before even knowing that they are being really considered. Especially for a non-technical role
