Seemed to be going well with a great conversation with the manager, seemed like they wanted to move the process on quickly. Had a final stage interview, and had to chase for feedback a week later. Was responded to a few days later to say they hadn't quite finished the process but wanted to keep me informed, and now haven't had a follow up in a week and a half, over three weeks from the final interview. Some work to be done by Arriva on the candidate experience here, and keeping candidates up to date no matter the outcome.
