2 interviews. First interview is about a 15-20 minute phone interview where they basically go over your resume with you. It’s chill and laid back. Second interview is either face to face or via Zoom. It goes kinda like the first interview where they go over your resume but they ask a few more questions. They also explain more about the company and if you think you’d thrive in their kind of work environment. It’s not a stressful interview at all and make you feel welcome to be yourself.

There were two over the phone interviews, then a in person on site interview. The entire process overall was a little lengthy but the enviorment and culture is thriving and contagious. Everyone is extremely friendly
