My interview consisted of a phone call interview and final on-site interview in Austin. It was a very straightforward process and I received information back quickly. The on-site interview felt comfortable and everyone was very welcoming.

The questions asked during the final interview were casual and conversational. It seemed to be geared toward myself asking the interviewer questions and keeping the conversation going.

In addition to a regular interview process, they did an assessment on the computer that was fairly straight forward. Overall, they were friendly and communicative during the interview process and laid out everything clearly.

They asked about previous experience within the logistics field, as well as what I would like to be doing in the role.
Easy, understanding, and honest recruiters. Asked about college and your skill set for the role as well getting to know you. Be confident and explain what you did in previous roles and bring resume if you’re going in person for it that’s what I did, you get to shadow someone on floor
