The interview process went as such. When walking into the office, I was greeted and talked about the company with an employee and what I would expect from the interview. Afterward, I had the opportunity to watch what I would be doing every day. I also had the opportunity to see what the other side of sales. When I was finished I had a sit-down conversation with Reed,I asked questions about what I would be doing, pay, and other benefits the company offers.
