Low key interview with HR person, CEO and his wife. Whole interview process was about 20-25 minutes. Easy standard interview questions. This was a position where I was filling in for a current employee that was out on a medical leave. I was asked basic questions about my knowledge of CNA/MA care. I was also asked how I would be able to assist the CEO with his daily schedules, organizing and basic clerical duties. It was a very easy going atmosphere and CEO and his wife often make jokes about situations. I felt comfortable and right at home with them. I answered their questions honestly and without hesitation. Their dog was also in the interview area which was the CEO's office. The building was very difficult to find and not current on any 2 of my GPS devices. I had to call on my way to get exact directions and never knew the building existed till that day.
