Got an email asking if I'd be available for a phone interview, I accepted. I never received a call at the scheduled time. Waited around for an hour for the call and assumed the manager had forgotten. Tried emailing and didn't receive a response. Received a generic email from the recruiting team 4 hours later stating that they were no longer considering my application. If you're going to schedule phone interviews with applicants, probably don't make them wait around only for you to never call and then send them a rejection email hours later. Horribly unprofessional, inconvenient, and inconsiderate.

quick and down to the point, did not move forward, they offered below market value which was strange, since they were looking for someone with 5 + years experience and this was not an entry level, but $60K per year now a days you can make more at Costco

You first apply with your CV, then you´ll have a phone call for about 10 minutes and then you´ll get to the interview. The process does take a while ( at least for me it took a while, it was during covid)

Kurze Vorstellungsrunde. Danach wurden über die bisherigen Erfahrungen gesprochen, zudem was man sich selber vom Job vorstellt und welche Vorstellungen das Unternehmen an einem selber hat. Danach wurde darüber gesprochen, wo man sich in den nächsten Jahren sieht, was für Ziele man hat.
