I understand that they want to get the best talent in the door, but a month long interview process for an entry level sales position seems a bit excessive. Started with 2 separate phone interviews with recruiters, another phone interview with the sales director, and an in-person interview with five separate people.
Slow the process is very slow of recruting , waiting long time and offer not clear for me, they are un casanearshore , i hope that i have a replay with an offer
