The interview took two weeks to go through. First round was phone screen by an outsourcing agency, and second and thrid round are onsites with both a marketing analyst and the deparment director.

First, give hackerrank link to coding test, the coding test is really ridiculous. You need solve 9 questions within 1 and half hour. You can not finish all. And the HR said that you dont need to. He will compare all applier. Hackerrank solve coding problem.
