The company is very Large. Its very important to know exactly what door to enter because there are different divisions to the company and the interviewer will have to walk over if go to the wrong door. The first two people I interviewed with are the lead or supervisors. They seemed very laid back and the interview was very laid back and easy going. The next person you interview with is the Manager and he will be briefed about wether you a good candidate or not. He's pretty laid back to.. but you will immediately know if he interested in hiring you or not within 2-3 mins. The office is hugh with many open cubicles and the people are mostly all of the same culture or race. I felt comfortable in the interview but I dont think they are very diverse when it comes to hiring other races.
