I was contacted after I sent out an application via LinkedIn. Generally well organized, except I was told the position had already been filled (prior to my interview) but had me have the interview anyway and didn't let me know until a week after. They eventually let me know I would have had a preferred application process in some other locations if I wanted to, which I refused.
