For this interview it was a two round process, one with a recruiter, and one where I met the manager and team I would be working with all summer. The interview felt natural and overall very conversational, but I was asked a series of questions such as "Tell me about a time you dealt with conflict/how it was resolved, Your most valuable leadership experience, Time I faced a big change and had to overcome it, etc. Everyone was very friendly!
