Online coding challenge consisting of multiple choice math and system questions and a few leetcode style problems ranging from Easy to Hard. After that 1.5 hour technical phone interview with short answer programming questions, program interpretation, and a few leetcode style questions (Medium to Hard) Then 45 minute behavioral with hiring manager Finally 4 behavioral final rounds, split across 2 days for me. All virtual Whole process took 2 months and I enjoyed it but in hindsight I feel like I was strung along. Interviewers were nice and I feel like I really got to know the firm and they got to know me and then didn't hear anything for 2 weeks after final round and finally got a forwarded, generic rejection email.
