Had 6 rounds of interviews, mostly semi technical discussions, nothing too complex. They strung me along the entire process stating that I'm an excellent fit, but then the rug pull mentioned by another reviewer here happened to me as well. From the discussions it felt like they were clueless as to what they want the person to be doing in this role. Every person in the team I spoke to gave me a different answer. After the interviews, they didn't get back to me until two weeks later stating that they want a developer instead of a Platform engineer for the role now. If you're unsure of the job description for the role, please don't waste candidates time on interviews while you're still making up your mind.
