It was a casual interview that I wasn't supposed to tell anyone about because they hadn't let their current marketing director that they were looking to replace him. I didn't get to tour the facility to learn more about it because the current marketing director was in the office that day. It was weeks of interviews, and as a well-qualified candidate, I was passed over for reasons that seemed disingenuous.
Make sure to wear smart clothes they split you into three groups and you rotate around three stations to do different tasks. The staff were very friendly and make sure to bring a pen and notepad
I sent my resume to the generic HR address on the Arsenal Inc. website and the very next day received an email from a Marketing guy with the subject line "Writer/Content Creator." He asked me what my best contact number was because I guess he couldn't figure out how to open a word doc and look at my resume. Two weeks went by without hearing back, so I followed up asking if he still wanted to speak with me and he claimed "yes of course, i'm just tied up at the moment." That was two more weeks ago. He could have just ignored me in the first place but instead he chose to string me along for over a month; time I could have used to pursue other leads.
