UNPROFESSIONAL -- There is no recruitment staff operating at this company. The founder interviewed me and said they had received 1,000+ applications for the role. Then, I was ghosted entirely after the first 45 min interview, with no response to my multiple attempts to follow up. The absence of a rejection email or any indication of the outcome is unprofessional and highly disappointing. (Job is still posted as of this review.)
