First, I got a call from a recruiter. No formal interview questions. Just a conversation about the position. A week later, I attended a group interview on campus. We introduced ourselves to the group; then interviewed one of the other job candidates, and presented that person to the group in a 2 minute presentation. If you pass that round, then in the third interview you meet with the director of admissions and another senior admissions persons, and you'll shadow and talk with one of the admissions reps that works there . I went through these 3 rounds, but didn't get a call back, which would have been meeting with the President of the campus.
