It was extremely quick. Interviewers barely asked questions about my credentials. They really just wanted to know if I could be a workhorse and jump in without training. They seemed to be very unskilled at interviewing and really didn’t know what exactly the job would entail.

The process has become difficult s. Now you are interviewed by a panel before hiring. The questions can become repetitive. You quickly have to adopt your answers to fit multiple elongated answers.
