Casual, 2 partners in a small board room and was very much a personality based conversation rather than assessing commercial awareness or fluency. Focused around CV and motivations, with lots of room for conversation and back and forth

I applied online for their summer intern programme. The first round interview was a group interview with other candidates. I got through that round which was followed by an interview with two partners. Everyone was very friendly.
