The application process was smooth and I liked that I didn’t have to retype my whole resume and that they had questions for you to answer to learn more about you and see if you’d be a culture fit. I was contacted by the recruiter first, then interviewed with the person who I’d be working with/reporting to, then an incredibly long writing assignment that I had less than a week to do (and included weekends), then a group interview. I think maybe I didn’t discuss my data/analytical skills as much as I could’ve. Next stage would’ve been an interview with the SVP to really seal the deal but I never made it that far and I only found out I’d been passed over because after more than a week of not hearing anything, I followed up. Each interview stage was about a week apart but they would contact me no less than 2 days after each phase to schedule the next part.
