Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Arup em dez. de 2016
Entrevista
I applied online through their website. The application involves giving details about why you are applying to work with Arup, what Arup values resonate with you and picking your two location preferences. After about 2 weeks I got an email inviting me to a phone interview. I booked a a time slot through their website. I then received the call right on time. The first part of the interview involved a person asking questions relating to myself. I was asked about my degree and motivations. Then I was given a brief overview of the company. Following this I was given situational based questions. Most related to how i'd react to being switched from projects and how i'd cope with high workloads. Pleasant experience, no real tricky questions. Waiting to hear back from them now.
