Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Arup em jan. de 2017
Entrevista
The first step is completing an online application form, which takes quite a long time to complete. Two weeks later I received an email stating that I proceeded to the next stage which is the telephone interview. The telephone interview took approximately 40 minutes with two main parts: motivational questions (why Arup, why do they stand out etc.) and situational ones. The situation based questions were a bit trickier compared to other phone interviews I had but they are mainly based around their values and desired behaviours. The interviewer was friendly but some questions were repetitive and seemed to drag on. I was told on the same day that I successfully passed the interview and that my application will now be reviewed by the hiring managers.
Over a month later I received an invitation to an assessment centre. Overall, it was a very positive and fun experience but challenging nonetheless. I had to complete a technical assessment (30 mins), group exercise and a technical interview. Furthermore, I was given a tour of the office by a graduate, lunch and a chat with HR. Everyone was lovely and approachable and made sure we all feel at ease. Within less than a week I received an offer.
Online questionnaire followed by in person panel interview. The interview was mainly behavuoural and personality focussed with some mock situation questions. No technical questions asked and the interview was peofessional but not much pressure.

One-way video interview with five questions. Same set of questions for all Graduate roles at ARUP. Basic motivational and fit questions. Overall, it was a seamless process. Along with these, questions on graduation date and visa status were asked.
