I submitted my resume to Arup's Asia HR in general and got a phone call back for a specific office. It took about 3 weeks for my resume to circulate but after that the interview was set up in less than one week via Skype (common for Asia). After the interview an offer was made in about two weeks.

The interview started from introducing myself to the two interviewers, they asked me about my potfolio so I descriped the projects in detail, and relevant skills that I presented in group projects
