Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Arup (Londres, Inglaterra) em fev. de 2012
Entrevista
Applied online with CV and around seven competency questions. Passed initial screening and invited to interview. Before the interview there was a psychometric type test that didn't appear to really factor in their decision. At interview I was given a tour, an HR talk, wrote an essay and discussed this essay with my two interviewers for around an hour. We also discussed my degree and motivation for applying to Arup. A fairly easy and fun interview. I enjoyed meeting the people.

What sort of books do you like reading - I found it odd because there wasn't really a 'right' answer so I gave an honest but rather lame sounding answer!
first round: group interview including a 10 mins presentation and a written test (essays on EIA) that last for 30-45 mins approximately
second round: interview by managers fir around 30 mins

Met with different people from the team over the course of a few hours. Asked typical questions about motivation, experience. Asked to present recommendations based on data given.
All seemed well. But then they took over a month to get back to me despite my following up and only did so via email. Would have preferred a call after all that waiting. A further month to get the feedback which they promise to give. Interview team are great, HR not so much. Left a sour taste that they treat people they don't want that badly. From what I've heard, people not selected for interview only got told they were unsuccessful months after the role had been given away.

Online Tests; The standard logic and math tests
Online assesment center, including long case study and presentation where I had 30 minutes to prepare a slide. Good experience overall, but would have prefered in-person
